These Terms of Service govern your use of aimrktops.com and related services offered by Anton Chisliuk · AI Marketing Ops (Georgian LLC — registration pending).

By accessing the Site, submitting a form or quiz, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

We provide AI-powered marketing operations services, including:

  • Sales systems, CRM implementation (e.g., HubSpot), and automation (e.g., Make)
  • LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and performance marketing
  • GTM consulting and fractional marketing operator engagements
  • Free Growth Audits and assessments offered via the Site

Eligibility

The Site and services are intended for business and professional users. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information in forms, quizzes, and booking flows.

Free Assessments & Consultations

Growth Audit quizzes and free consultations are provided for informational purposes. Recommendations are not guarantees of results. Paid engagements require a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.

Fees & Payment

Pricing on the Site is indicative. Final fees, scope, and payment terms are defined in signed proposals or SOWs. Services typically start at $4K/month after a 90-day initial engagement period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, frameworks, and deliverables created under paid engagements are governed by the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a license to use deliverables for your business; underlying methodologies remain our property.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services and Site content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
