• Qualification data: responses from the Growth Audit (3 questions plus contact form), contact forms, and lead capture flows — including growth priority, business type, budget range, and related business information
• Scheduling information: name, email, and meeting preferences submitted through Cal.com (https://cal.com/ai-marketing-ops/30min)
• Communications: content of emails, form messages, and other correspondence you send to us
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, session duration, referral URL, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, campaign identifiers, funnel entry point, and conversion events tracked via Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics

Forms, Quiz & Lead Data

When you submit the Growth Audit, contact form, or other lead capture flows on the Site, your responses are stored in a secure Supabase Postgres database and processed server-side through our lead API. We use this data to deliver audit results, qualify fit for our services, prepare for consultations, and maintain business records.

Submitting a form or quiz does not create a client relationship. Providing accurate information helps us respond appropriately; you may choose not to answer optional fields.

How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Deliver Growth Audit results, recommendations, and follow-up communications
• Respond to inquiries submitted via email, contact forms, or WhatsApp
• Schedule and manage consultations through Cal.com

Email Communications

When you submit a form or complete the Growth Audit, we may send you a transactional auto-reply confirming receipt and summarizing next steps. Our team may also receive an internal alert email when a new lead is submitted.
